Another great recipe from Amanda!
These are a great on the go snack or even a little dessert for after dinner! Both Amanda and I found them to be a bit sweet, so reducing the honey is probably a good idea if you want them to be more of a mid-day snack.
- 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/8-1/4 cup honey
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 3 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp rolled oats (optional)
Mix together all the ingredients. It should be the consistency of play-doh. Roll into 14 balls and refrigerate to firm them up (overnight for best results). That’s it! Enjoy!
